it requires more effort on your part the service is FREE.

FIXED FEE service for organisations spending £5000 or more who wish to set
fees regardless of outcome. Our fee is guaranteed at 3% of your
last 12 months spend on the utilities you ask us to negotiate. Please note in
the unlikely event we're unable to save you money the fixed fee is still payable
unlike the other service options above.
