MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

The Power Switch will refund the Broker's fee in full if after six months from initial training the Broker does not have projected earnings to recover the Broker fee, providing the following conditions have been met:

a. The Broker has carried out at least 6 MANAGEMENT cases with clients, each with a minimum annual utility spend of £12000, or 12 NEGOTIATION cases, each with a minimum spend of £5000. The total spend can consist of any one utility supply or a combination adding up to this total.

b. For each client the Broker must have a signed cost reduction agreement with the client for 12 months or more. The Power Switch must have access to the necessary billing data to confirm any refunds or reductions have been correctly identified and implemented.

c. The Broker returns all training materials and software and agrees to sign a document stating that no portion of the material has been stored or copied now, or will be in the future.

d. The Broker agrees to surrender the business and any clients already retained by the Broker will be taken over by The Power Switch for the duration of existing agreements.

e. The Broker agrees not to start or join any other utility cost reduction business in competition with The Power Switch for a period of at least 12 months from the date of refund.

f. The Broker may as an alternative to conditions ( a ). through to ( e ) above, re-sell or transfer the licence agreement and training materials to a third party only with the express prior written permission of The Power Switch. The Power Switch agrees to re-train and support the third party in accordance with the licence agreement.

g. The Broker agrees and accepts that the Brokerage fee will only be refunded if the above conditions have been met and that The Power Switch has no responsibility or liability to refund part or all of the training fees for any other reason.
